MOJ Minister Ken Clarke visits canals Community Payback project

Justice Minister Ken Clarke visted community payback offenders on 21st October from Gloucestershire Probation Trust who were working to improve 10 km of canal towpath in partnership with Stroud District Council and REACH Gloucestershire. The work is saving the council £250,000.
