Offending Behaviour Programmes

Offending Behaviour Programmes Offending behaviour programmes are designed to address and challenge the activities and patterns of behaviour that contribute to committing crime. These programmes are courses that offenders have to attend either as part of a Community Order or as a condition of release from prison.
